The LFO Warriors, the 2011 Dizzy Dean Georgia 10-year-old "A" state champions, have advanced to the final four of the World Series in Southaven, Miss.

LFO beat Jackson County, 19-9, on Sunday afternoon, and followed that win with a 13-2 beating of St. John's later that night.

The Warriors is leading Clearwater (Fla.), 10-1, in the third inning on an elimination game, but the game is currently in a rain delay.

With a win, LFO would face Dayton at 3:30 today for the right to play in Tuesday's championship against Valdosta.

Valdosta beat Dayton in the winners' bracket finals. They were beaten by LFO for the Georgia state champion two weeks ago.

The Ringgold Tigers dropped their first game in the championship bracket of the 8-year-old World Series in Southaven. The Tigers lost to the SCRA Indians, 18-7.

They are currently taking on the Tri-County All-Stars in an elimination game.

JPRD East won the Senior (19-under) World Series in Ringgold Monday morning with a 7-4 win over Tennessee.
