Gateway Bank in Ringgold honors Veterans Day with a collection of military memorabilia. Eva Ward, bank em-ployee, created the display and contributed a great deal of the pieces shown. Ward’s husband is retired Air Force Master Sgt. Douglas M. Ward. Her son, Benjamin Ward, is a petty officer third class in the Navy. He is currently at-tending the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., and is a midshipman lieutenant junior grade. He will be com-missioned in 2012. Ward also has several other family members in the military, including her father-in-law, brothers, brother-in-law, cousins and nephew. (Catoosa News photo/Sherry Dee Allen)
