ATLANTA — A state agency says 25 more Georgia counties have earned the title of being "Camera Ready" for TV and movie projects.

The state's Film, Music & Digital Entertainment Office announced the designations Wednesday at the state Capitol. The latest additions mean that at least 137 Georgia counties have named a local liason to assist film producers seeking to shoot at locations in their communities.

State officials say more than 336 projects filmed in Georgia in the fiscal year ending June 30, with an economic investment of more than $683 million.

The new "Camera Ready" communities include the counties of Bleckley, Brantley, Brooks, Bryan, Clay, Crawford, Dodge, Early, Forsyth, Gilmer, Grady, Lamar, Lanier, Madison, Monroe, Oglethorpe, Quitman, Seminole, Stewart, Talbot, Telfair, Thomas, Tift, Turner and Wilkinson.
