The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during March 16-22, answered 1,375 calls, including 59 that were booked on a total of 115 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Jeremy Neal Stoker, 27, of 276 Whittemore Hollow Road, Ringgold, was arrested March 16 for a probation violation, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, child endangerment by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and weaving.

Delilah Beth Veach, 23, of 1007 Carline Drive, Rossville, was arrested March 16 for a probation violation.

Jerry Lee Clark, 32, of 2186 Leonard Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was arrested March 20 for a probation violation.

Brandon Richard Ferrel, 19, of 320 Nawaka Ave., Rossville, was arrested March 20 for a probation violation.

Bret Kimbell Hayworth, 32, of 1283 N Three Notch Road, Ringgold, was arrested March 20 for aggravated assault. Hayworth was released on $2,500 bond.

Breton Labryan Hayworth, 51, of 1283 N Three Notch Road, Ringgold, was arrested March 20 for aggravated assault. Hayworth was released on $2,500 bond.

Kristian Danella Howard, 21, of 18 Dodds Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested March 20 for sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana less than one ounce and use of a communication facility in committing or facilitating a felony. Howard was released on $8,500 bond.

Raymond Howard Menasco, 41, of 115035 Davenport Road, Soddy Daisy, Tenn., was arrested March 20 for a probation violation.

Gary Dalton Morgan, 17, of 1 Idle Wood Court, Rome, was arrested March 20 for possession of Schedule III drugs and theft by taking. Bond has been set at $7,000.

Darrel Levi Whaley II, 22, of 927 Jones Road, LaFayette, was arrested March 20 for three counts of possession of Schedule IV drugs, two counts of possession of Schedule II drugs, drugs to be kept in original container, pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs and hold for Walker County Sheriff’s office. Bond has been set at $13,000.

Zachary Ryan Williams, 22, of 4597 Long Hollow Road, Ringgold, was arrested March 20 for possession of Schedule II drugs, theft by taking, proof of insurance required, seatbelt violation and hold for Walker County Sheriff’s office. Bond has been set at $10,500.

Jacqueline Danette Womack, 40, of 80 Larry Drive, Ringgold, was arrested March 20 for possession of Schedule II drugs. Bond has been set at $4,500.

Erica Lynn Carroll, 21, of 227 Alan Drive, Ringgold, was arrested March 21 for fugitive from justice, giving false name or address to law enforcement and hold for Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, Tenn. Carroll was released on $1,000 bond and turned over to Hamilton County Sheriff’s office.

Kelcy Ginette Stoker, 19, of 12 Peagram Circle Apt F, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested March 21 for possession of Schedule II drugs, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drugs to be kept in original container and texting while driving. Stoker was released on $12,500 bond.

Melissa Nicole Turner, 28, of 300 Woodland Road, Sequatchie, Tenn., was arrested March 21 for possession of Schedule II drugs and forgery first Degree. Bond has been set at $8,000.

Jada Elizabeth Davis, 20, of 1074 Artesian Well Road, Calhoun, was arrested March 21 for burglary. Davis was released on $5,000 bond.
