The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during July 27-Aug. 2, answered 1,504 calls, including 84 that were booked on a total of 160 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Brandon Matthew Fehring, 36, of 584 Pine Grove Access Road, Ringgold, was arrested July 27 for a parole violation.

Marcelos Flores, 50, of 3031 Five Springs Road SE, Dalton, was arrested July 27 for a probation violation.

Andrew Brian Santora, 25, of 112 S Seminole Road, East Ridge, Tenn., was arrested July 27 for a probation violation.

Aaron Christopher Washington, 29, of 502 Hargraves Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested July 27 for a probation violation.

Lula Marie Echols, 45, of 4022 Chandler Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested July 28 for a probation violation and theft by shoplifting.

Ricky White Lilley, 61, of 400 Lickie St., Atlanta, was arrested July 28 for a bench warrant for burglary, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and hold for Coweta County Sheriff’s Office.

Jacob Stephen Pemberton, 19, of 77 Bible Road, Rossville, was arrested July 28 for four counts of entering an auto. Pemberton was released on $20,000 bond.

Ronald Leon Whittemore, 46, of 1231 Boynton Drive, Ringgold, was arrested July 28 for homicide by vehicle, obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey traffic control device. Whittemore was released on $28,500 bond.

Faron Chase Dean, 17, of 70 Justin Lane, Ringgold, was arrested July 29 for false imprisonment. Bond has been set at $3,000.

Sara Elizabeth Gillespie, 24, of 165 Ashville Drive, Ringgold, was arrested July 30 for possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of marijuana less than one ounce. Gillespie was released on $6,000 bond.

Derrick Wesley Hardin, 22, of 130 Family Lane, Ringgold, was arrested July 30 for two counts of possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule IV drugs with intent to distribute, two counts of unauthorized distribution of Schedule II drugs and unauthorized distribution of Schedule IV drugs.

April Marie Hope, 29, of 127 Yuma Way, Varnell, was arrested July 30 for four counts of possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule IV drugs with intent to distribute, four counts of unauthorized distribution of Schedule II drugs and unauthorized distribution of Schedule IV drugs.

Mitchell J.B. Hundley, 25, of 352 Jenkins Road, Rossville, was arrested July 30 for a probation violation.

Danielle Renee Smith, 25, of 174 Fernwood Drive, Rossville, was arrested on two counts of probation violation.

Adonica Love Stephens, 37, of 63 Shope Ridge Road, Ringgold, was arrested July 30 for a probation violation.

Dennis Lee Gilfillen, 43, of 1102 Hastey Road Camden, S.C. was arrested July 31 for a probation violation.

Michael Devon Aragon, 25, of 178 Timothy Drive, Ringgold, was arrested August 1 for two counts of possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

James Lee Rice Jr., 27, of 155 Athens Court, Dalton, was arrested August 1 for a probation violation.

Bernard Stevenson Baggett, 74, of 9775 Alabama Hwy, Ringgold, was arrested August 2 for a probation violation. Baggett was released on his own recognizance.

Christopher Duane Boyd, 22, of 561 Dennis Road, Trenton, was arrested August 2 for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, driving on revoked or suspended license, windshield violation and hold to Rossville Police Department.

Richard Allen Carter, 53, of 4 Lennox Circle, Rossville, was arrested August 2 for burglary first degree, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and expired registration. bond has been set at $7,650.

Kevin Jose Hernandez, 19, of 1527 Lilac Misty Lane Houston, Texas, was arrested August 2 for entering an auto and possession of tools for the commission of a crime. Bond has been set at $8,500.

Hayden Scott Nichols, 20, of 424 Greystone Drive, Ringgold, was arrested August 2 for theft by taking. Bond has been set at $5,000.

Michael Rodriguez, 18, of 6819 Lower Arrow Road, Houston, Texas was arrested August 2 for entering an auto and possession of tools for the commission of a crime. bond has been set at $8,500.

Samuel Payne Shepard, 17, of 88 Golden Oak Drive, Ringgold, was arrested August 2 for theft by taking. Shepard was released on $5,000 bond.

Anthony Ray Smith, 37, of 54 B Sun Shine Lane, Chickamauga, was arrested August 2 for parole violation and probation violation.
