Ringgold High School will celebrate Homecoming on October 14. The Tigers will host Dalton at 7:30 p.m. at Don Patterson Stadium.

Long-standing traditions abound at Ringgold High School during homecoming week. Students begin building their floats for Friday’s parade on Monday, October 10.

Float competition is stiff as seniors, juniors, sophomores, and freshmen work hard to win first place. The Homecoming parade will pass through Ringgold at 4:30 on Friday afternoon.

Join in the Homecoming fun and excitement as Queen candidates and Court members are showcased, classes and organizations are represented.

Clubs and organizations that want to be a part of the parade should call Ringgold High School at 935-2254 and speak with Theresa Moss or Susan Potts. Please give the name of your organization, name of a contact person, and a telephone number. Lineup for the parade will begin at 4:00 in the Ringgold High School parking lot.

Festivities will climax with the crowning of the 2005 Homecoming Queen at the pre-game ceremony on Patterson Field at 7 p.m.
