Polls in Walker County will close at 7 p.m. today. The first returns from Walker County precincts are expected around 9:30 p.m., although a long night is expected for final tallies, as late as 4 a.m. The Walker County Messenger will post tallies live — AS THE PRECINCT VOTES COME IN — for all local races that are contested.
