On Saturday, the Lady Warriors scored with just five minutes left to claim the win.
LFO outshot Ridgeland 20-8, but managed just one goal past Lady Panthers keeper Taylor Benefield, who made 14 saves.
Head coach Darren Crutcher praised Amber Scealf on offense and said his defense played well all night long.
The win put LFO (9-6) in the state playoffs while Ridgeland fell to 4-11.

The nightcap saw the Warriors lead 3-0 at halftime before
hanging on for a 4-3 victory on a windy evening.
Nathan Courtney scored three times in the second half for the Panthers (1-12) while freshman Tyler Scott performed well in goal.
Ridgeland will host LaFayette on Tuesday. LaFayette will entertain Calhoun on Wednesday
