Chattanooga man arrested in Catoosa, accused of attempted child enticement

The FBI’s Northwest Georgia Crimes Against Children Task Force has arrested a Chattanooga man in Catoosa County who they say tried to solicit a minor child for sex.

Terry Michael Hill, 57, was arrested late Wednesday evening. Officers say he traveled to Catoosa County after chatting online with undercover officers and task force agents.

Hill, a self-employed computer repairman, is currently being detained at the Catoosa County jail.

The Northwest Georgia Crimes Against Children Task Force consists of federal agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and officers from the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office, Dalton Police Department, Dade County Sheriff’s Office, Rossville Police Department and the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office.
