The Walker County Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting nominations for the 2009 Small Business of the Year Award.

To be eligible for consideration, nominees must be a member in good standing of the Walker County Chamber of Commerce as of Dec. 14 with a minimum of two complete full years in business. The deadline to submit nominations is Monday, Dec. 14 at 4 p.m. Business owners, employees, consumers and the general public may nominate a business, including their own, for consideration.

Blank nomination forms are available online at walkercochamber.com and may also be picked up at the Chamber office.

The winner will be announced at the Annual Membership Dinner on Friday, Jan. 29 at the Walker County Civic Center.
