Smith was married to the late James W. Smith Sr. She is seated in rocking chair surrounded by three siblings, her children and spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is holding one of the newest great grandsons, David Isaac Barden.
The surprise party was hosted by her eight children at the Ringgold Church of God fellowship hall.
