Arrests

Joseph Hamilton Arnett, 26, of 3613 Lakeview Drive, Rossville was arrested March 12, for distribution of mari-juana, possession of a firearm while trying to commit a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and theft by receiving stolen property.

Stephanie Deshay Anderson, 40, of 126 Lynchburg Ave., Chattanooga was arrested March 12, for forgery 1st de-gree. Bond has been set at $3500.

Charles Mark Crandall Jr., 24, of 159 Park Lake Road, Rossville was arrested March 12, for possession of Sched-ule IV drugs, drugs to be kept in original container, DUI, weaving and speeding. Crandall was released on $10,500 bond.

Billy Lewis Gann, 29, of 641 Karen Drive, Ringgold was arrested March 12, for probation violation.

Paul Dion Hilgen, 22, of 22 Elaine Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested March 12, for peeping tom and 2 counts of criminal attempt to commit burglary. Bond has been set at $6,500.

Allen Wayne McCloud, 40, of 4204 10th Ave., Chattanooga was arrested March 12, for burglary.

David Edmond Rogers, 43, of 4216 10th Ave., Chattanooga was arrested March 12, for burglary.

Daniel Alvin Jones, 45, of 71 Woods Road, Tunnel Hill was arrested March 12, for habitual violator, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule II Drugs and possession of Schedule IV drugs. Bond has been set at $23,500.

Lisa Yvonne Smith, 36, of 2058 Mulberry Lane, Tunnel Hill was arrested March 12, for possession of Schedule III drug, possession of Schedule II and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Bond was set at $3000.

Jessica Nicole Daniels, 21, of 22514 Hwy 2, Crandall was arrested March 12, for possession of marijuana with in-tent to distribute. Daniels was released on a $2,000 bond.

Jacob Brickley Forester, 23, of 48 Stuart Road, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested March 13, for fugitive from Forester was extradited to Tennessee.

Toni Genice Hays, 46, of 518 Cone Drive, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested March 13, for aggravated assault, and 2 counts of theft by taking. Hayes was released on a $4,000 bond.

Allen Riley Daley, 18, of 4th Ave., Dalton was arrested March 14, for burglary, theft by taking and underage con-sumption. Bond was set at $9000.

Tyler Evan Miller, 17, of 2937 Lake Road, Tunnel Hill was arrested March 14, for burglary, theft by taking and underage consumption. Bond was set at $9,000.

Dennis Michael Cosmo, 27, of 1305 Adie St., Phoenix Ala. was arrested March 14, for criminal attempt – aggra-vated child molestation, possession of a firearm while trying to commit a crime, conspiracy to commit – child moles-tation, and computer child pornography.

Stephanie Laferry Rood, 38, of 70 Fairlane Drive, Rossville was arrested March 14, for probation violation, aggra-vated assault and shoplifting.

Joshua Judea Zipperer, 21, of 3222 Sixth Avenue, Chattanooga, was arrested March 15, for a bench warrant/bond surrender for possession of Schedule II Drugs, possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs and underage consumption of alcohol.

Crystal Michelle Cook, 37, of 301 Redstone Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested March 16, for parole violation.

Jamathan Blaine Horton, 24, of 277 Mitchell Lane, Rossville was arrested March 18, for probation violation.

Joshua Mark Howard, 32, of 338 Burning Bush Road, Ringgold was arrested March 18, for probation violation.

Kathy Dianna Norman, 45, of 4924 Woodmont, Chattanooga was arrested March 18, for theft by taking and hold for other agency. Bond has been set at $5,000.

Anthony Maurice Coats, 21, of 19 Tulip Lane, Rossville was arrested March 18, for probation violation.
