· Between 7 p.m. on Sept. 9 and 8 a.m. Sept. 10 a larceny/theft occurred at 83 Breckinridge Lane in Chickamauga, in which more than $2,300 in tools and construction items were stolen from the residence.

The owner of the residence was not home at the time of the incident due to the residence being under construction.

Workers at the home informed police of the theft.

· Between Saturday, Sept. 4, and Wednesday, Sept. 8, a burglary occurred at 607 Three Notch Road in Ringgold resulting in the theft of a Hitachi drill kit valued at $300.

The victim stated that someone went into his rental home and stole the item. There were no visible signs of forced entry.

· Between 12:45 p.m. and 1:10 p.m. on Sept. 14, a burglary occurred at 5018 Long Hollow Road in Rock Springs, resulting in the theft of a construction camera and a floor-nailer. The estimated value of the items was approximately $1,500.

The victim told police that someone forced open a door to his storage building containing tools and other construction equipment.
